Late Arrivals
If you're running late, please text or leave Rachel a voicemail as soon as possible at
320-360-4600. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, Rachel will do her best to accommodate you. But out of respect to her next client, she cannot guarantee the full service will be performed.
Cancellation Policy
Life is crazy, there's no doubt about it! That is why the online booking system will automatically send out appointment reminders. Rachel kindly asks that for a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation of any appointment. Failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a 20% late cancellation fee to all appointments that fail to be canceled prior to 24-hours.
Refunds & Redos
Rachel's goal is that when you leave her chair you are feeling beautiful, confident, and are loving your hair. While she does not offer refunds, if for some reason you are not in love with your hair, please contact Rachel within 7 days of your appointment and she will gladly adjust it at no additional charge. This does not apply if the end result is what we discussed during the consultation, if you went somewhere else, or colored it yourself within those 7 days.
Payment is due immediately after service is complete. If payment is not given, legal actions will be taken for theft of services.
