Out of respect for both my clients time as well as my own, I require 24-hour notice of cancellation of appointments. Failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a 20% late cancellation fee.

If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible

If you are running for than 15 minutes late I cannot guarantee I'll be able to perform all services out of respect to my next client.

Refund & Refund Policy
I want everyone in my chair to love their hair! While I do not offer refunds, if for some reason adjustments need to be made, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.
This does not apply if the end result is what we discussed during the consultation or if it has been colored elsewhere after your appointment with me.

With your permission, I would love the opportunity to take your photos for social media.
If you're uncomfortable with having your photo taken I COMPLETELY understand. I would never post a photo I wouldn't want shared of myself.
